Known for the sound of our giggles, endless talent, thick curly heads of hair, and impeccable vibes…We are your very own hair besties!
We met in back in 2013 and instantly became inseparable inside and outside of the salon walls. We bonded over hair, art, the universe, passion for equality and inclusion, and our love for music and dancing. We’ve even traveled high and low to further our hair education together! (New York, San Francisco, Atlanta, and Nashville just to name a few. )
Though we may differ in styles and techniques when it comes to hair and offerings, we both pride ourselves on the love and detail we pour into each and every guest interaction. We couldn’t be more thrilled get the chance to inspire each other daily and share it all with you !

Alli Carter is a master hairstylist, healer, and artist based in Durham, NC. With 14+ years of experience, Alli blends creativity, healing, and intuitive artistry to help clients feel beautiful inside and out. With extensive education, Alli honed her skills in haircutting, coloring, and styling alongside top stylists, and her work has been featured in both print and digital publications. Alli specializes in razor cutting, curly hair, alt haircuts and color, natural looking red color, and short cuts.
Alli offers a holistic approach to beauty—believing that true transformation happens from the inside. Her salon is a space where all identities and expressions are welcomed and celebrated. Whether you're here for a fresh look or deeper healing, Alli holds space for your fullest self to shine.
ABOUT DANIELLE : MASTER STYLIST | COLORIST | ENERGY WORKER | ARTIST

With over 12 years of experience in the hairstyling industry, I am passionate about creating bespoke dimensional colors, as well as enhancing my clients’ natural texture. All lengths and textures are accepted in my chair. As a Raleigh native, I draw inspiration from creativity and the beauty of nature around me.
My specialized training includes renowned color lines such as Goldwell, Wella, and Redken, along with advanced techniques in hand-painted balayage from Whittemore House. I have honed my haircutting skills through training with top brands like Oribe, Pony, R+Co, Rusk, Tigi, and Tony & Guy.
In addition to hairstyling, I offer Reiki Healing Head Massages and Tarot Readings, combining my artistic flair with holistic practices to nurture both hair and spirit.
When I'm not in the salon, you can find me immersed in some sort of creative activity (painting and hand embroidery to name a couple). I do yoga daily and enjoy reading fantasy novels, snuggled up with my cat, Obsidian.
